Terms in plain language.
These terms govern your use of CoverageCheck. They are written in plain language because someone who just lost healthcare coverage should not also have to decode legal jargon.
What CoverageCheck is
CoverageCheck is a self-service Medicaid denial review service. You upload your denial notice and supporting documents. Within 48 hours, you receive a plain-English report explaining whether procedural errors were made, whether you still qualify, and exactly how to appeal.
What CoverageCheck is not
CoverageCheck is not legal advice. CoverageCheck is not a guarantee that your appeal will succeed. CoverageCheck cannot file an appeal on your behalf. CoverageCheck identifies errors and provides instructions. You file the appeal.
Pricing and refunds
$49 per single review. Partner pricing for legal aid organizations. Refunds available within 14 days of report delivery if the report did not meet the scope described.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lonia AI's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of CoverageCheck is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
